Factors Affect Customers’ Intention to Continue Using Mobile Banking Services at Vietnam Construction Bank

This study aims to test the model of factors affecting continued use mobile banking services at Vietnam Construction Bank. The article Using integrated technology acceptance (TAM) and inheriting research results Luarn Lin [1] Kazi Mannan [2] propose a model. e uses qualitative methods through interviews, personal opinion collection formal quantitative using sample size 210. show that 5 factors: perceived ease use, usefulness, trust, social influence, cost have positive impact on intention continue service. Mobile Banking Particularly, Risk perception has negative services. also proposed theoretical is consistent with market data assumptions in are accepted. governance implications, limitations directions for further discussed article.
